Indoor and outdoor location information solution "Genavis Remote Support"
Supporting the resolution of issues in inspection operations with "wearables × location information"!
"Genavis Remote Support" is a remote work support solution that uses wearable devices. By using glasses-type wearable devices, the field worker's view is transmitted in real-time. The instructor can capture still images, write instructions, and send them. This cycle enables the efficiency and high precision of remote work. Photos and videos are recorded and accumulated with location information, making them useful for post-training and education. Additionally, as long as there is a data communication area, it can be used in mountainous regions or overseas locations. [Features] ■ Instructor in the office - Can monitor the situation of field work - Can send work instructions by writing on images ■ Worker in the field - Can check work instructions hands-free using glasses-type wearable devices - Can confirm instructions on images written over the view they are looking at For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
